Capacitive Touch Sensor

Capacitive Touch Sensor is printed with conductive silver paste via the screen printed Circuit Design. It boasts excellent electrical conductivity, adhesion and oxidation resistance, enabling the precise rendering of intricate circuit patterns. Meanwhile, it can withstand abrasion caused by long-term touch operations, making it ideal for the high-frequency usage scenarios of mice.
PET-based capacitive touch sensors are slimmer, lighter and more cost-effective than FPC counterparts. With a typical thickness of approximately 0.3 mm, they adapt well to the curved ergonomic design of mice while maintaining outstanding circuit stability, serving as a core component for multi-touch functionality.

    Printing Thickness Uniformity

    Capacitive Membrane Switch with PET substrate, the thickness can be as thin as 25 μm, with printing thickness uniformity controlled within ±1 μm. It enables precise fitting into the internal space of equipment, helping products achieve ultra-thinness and simplified structure while maintaining stable performance.

    Ultra-fine Printing

    Our printing process achieves ultra-fine printing with a line width down to 0.1 mm. Complex circuits including straight lines, horizontal lines and arc patterns all feature sharp edges, free of ink overflow and burrs. The flexible printed circuit remain clear and uniform even under 100× magnification, ensuring stable and reliable signal transmission, and providing solid technical support for high-precision, high-density device interaction design.

    Line Width Control

    The line width of flexible printed circuit can be controlled at 0.1±0.02 mm(Industry Average: 0.3 mm), enabling ultra-fine circuit layout. This not only effectively improves the stability and response speed of signal transmission, but also allows more functional contacts to be integrated in a limited space, providing core support for high-density design and precise control experience.

    Registration Accuracy

    We achieve a registration accuracy of ±0.05 mm for 7-layer printing. By precisely controlling the shrinkage rate and alignment deviation of the substrate, we can stably reach a registration accuracy of ±0.05 mm even on ultra-thin 25 μm PET material.
