Through double filtration, it can intercept 99.9% of colloid impurities, and the bubble rate is strictly controlled below 0.5%, ensuring that the colloid evenly fills the micron-level gaps of products. Relying on equipment advantages and customized low-viscosity potting formula, the cured colloid can form a dense cross-linked protective layer with a hardness of more than SHA 80 and a water vapor permeability of less than 0.1g/m²·24h, which can stably meet the IP68 waterproof standard (continuous immersion in 1.5 meters of water for 24 hours without leakage).
